Wellbeing and Housing Practitioners provide holistic, client-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based case management to support veterans as they navigate a wide range of challenges. In these roles, you will walk alongside veterans, empowering them to overcome barriers and achieve positive, sustainable outcomes that truly change lives. Qualifications and experience you''ll need: completed undergraduate degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, Health Sciences (or equivalent), and eligibility for registration under a well-known and established governing body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, PACFA) is essential.
