About The Role Due to continued growth, were on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to join our Brisbane team. About You You have previous experience as a commercial Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from commencement to completion ideally multiresidential projects ($80M$200M) You build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity. You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subcontractors. You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subcontractors. You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
