You will achieve this by providing timely, accurate and reliable financial forecasts and actionable analysis to the leaders, proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities (and risks), and by working closely with the business finance teams to understand exposures and cashflows.About The RoleReporting to the Treasury Accounting and Operations Manager, the purpose of the Senior Treasury Analyst is to manage InfraBuilds liquidity, cashflow forecasting and financial risk management. You will achieve this by providing timely, accurate and reliable financial forecasts and actionable analysis to the leaders, proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities (and risks), and by working closely with the business finance teams to understand exposures and cashflows.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeOwn the Group 16-week cash flow forecast and preparation of the weekly and monthly liquidity reporting to CFO and CEOUndertake variance and data analysis to improve forecast accuracyLead forecast review sessions with the operating business finance teams to understand cash flow risks and opportunitiesManage group liquidity, ensuring efficient short-term cash managementPrepare and deliver concise, clear presentations to managementExecute approved financial markets transactions, including accurate and timely reporting within the Treasury Management System (TMS)Act as the first point of contact for FX counterparty relationships, monitor currency markets and provide insight to management on FX risks and opportunitiesPrepare and support month end FX reporting and hedge accounting processes; prepare FX exposure reports and track hedge performanceSupport the analysis and development of the Financial Risk Management Strategy and Treasury Policy thresholdsOur ideal candidate will have strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Skills And Qualifications RequiredBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3-4 years of experience in Treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related rolesStrong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detailProficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools is essential, along with familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Bloomberg and Planning Analytics (TM1)Understanding of foreign exchange markets, and instrumentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly and succinctlyDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environmentProven ability to identify financial issues, propose solutions, and make sound recommendations to senior managementKey BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
