You will work autonomously whilst working with the team to execute responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, your primary objective will be to secure and coordinate deals for the talent under your wing, while also devising strategies to enhance their profiles. Cultivating partnerships with both the talent and the brands as they collaborate will be a key focus. You will be responsible for ensuring a steady stream of brand collaborations to meet revenue targets and foster team growth. This entails proactive engagement with brands and agencies to forge new partnerships on behalf of our talent.As our Talent Manager, you''ll oversee all aspects of talent deals, including fee negotiation, contract drafting, talent briefing, content delivery adherence, invoicing and post-campaign analytics sharing with brands. You will also assist with influencer marketing for our in-house brands, events and other VIVE day-to-day tasks.The perfect fit will have prior experience managing influencers, along with the ability to scout and sign promising new talent while supporting the career growth of existing talent.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and expand a portfolio of talented individuals.Secure and coordinate compelling brand collaborations for our talent.Strong negotiation skills to optimise fee structures along with contract and invoice management.Provide clear content briefs to talent. Evaluate content to ensure alignment with brief and brand standards.Collect, analyse and share performance metrics.Manage talent inquiries, share rate cards and media kits. Initiate outreach to brands for new partnership opportunities, including upselling possibilities.Cultivate strong relationships with brands, agencies, and talent.Coordinate content scheduling in talent calendars.Offer guidance and growth strategies to nurture talent career trajectories.Continuously scout for suitable creators and industry-relevant talent to enrich our roster.Research trends, emerging markets and implement evolving technology and opportunities to innovate in the space.Attend events with talent to network within the industry.Team player who has a positive, can-do attitude and happy to roll up their sleeves.Be accountable for consistently growing the online community and elevating the content and storytelling for all social media channels.Required Skills and ExperienceExperience:At least 2 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities (marketing, talent management, PR, social media)Skills:Advanced knowledge and experience using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc.Demonstrated working knowledge of the talent/influencer industry.Understand the mechanics of an efficient and effective marketing campaign.Excellent time management skills to manage multiple campaigns.Attention to detail and highly organised.Excellent interpersonal skills creating strong professional relationships - must be adept at networking.An excellent writer with a professional email manner, understands how to compose a message in accordance with the brand.How to ApplyIS THIS YOU?
