The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring optimal performance and growth across Amazon.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, Amazon account optimization, including product listings, and pricing strategies.Sales & Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, performance analysis and actionable insights.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure alignment on client goals and strategies.Problem Solving: Address any operational challenges or account-related issues promptly and efficiently.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in Amazon account management, ideally in an eCommerce agency or related field.Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Sponsored Ads, A+ Content, and other Amazon tools.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.Why Work With Us?Competitive salary & benefits packageGrowth opportunities in a rapidly expanding agencyCollaborative environment where your ideas are valuedWork with exciting brands and innovative projectsThis is a hybrid role based in Sydney, Australia with 3 days a week in our office in the CBD.
