You''ll deliver hands-on clinical care, provide advice to colleagues on client needs, and support the development of our team to ensure high-quality, person-centred services across the board. Join us in creating a future where ageing is lived with dignity, purpose, and joy!DutiesProvide in-home and community-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments tailored to each client''s goals, ensuring timely documentation and care aligned with wellness and enablement principles.Coach and train staff on clinical best practices, participate in clinical competency frameworks, and offer ongoing advice to enhance the quality of services delivered to older clients.Develop holistic, evidence-based care plans for clients with complex needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for client autonomy and quality of life.Build and maintain strong community and industry connections, contribute to marketing efforts, and develop referral pathways to support service awareness, growth, and high client engagement.Adhere to the Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards, contribute to continuous service evaluation, and uphold high clinical governance standards to maintain top-tier service outcomes.We support people to live their best life.
