We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Part Time Basis, with penalty rates in play. We currently have a variety of shifts on offer for AM PM & NS (as below): 0700-1500 pm 1300-2100 pm 1500-2200 pm 2300-0715 am with the ability to pick up additional shifts covering planned and unplanned leave. Reporting Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Bolton Clarke standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.
