What Youll Do As Sales Manager, youll be the powerhouse behind membership growth. Youll: Lead and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets and close sales. Drive new membership growth through strategy, local marketing, and prospecting. Deliver results through KPIs, accountability, and high-performance energy. Build a winning culture that thrives on fun, fitness, and results. Plan and execute lead generation including B2B, outreach, and community events. Lead by example ensuring to prospect and convert leads, make daily sales and contribute to the teams sales target and success. Who You Are A proven sales leader with experience hitting and exceeding KPIs. Someone who loves mentoring a team and leading by example. A strong communicator who connects with people and builds trust fast. A goal-driven operator with hustle in your DNA and a hunger to grow.
