About the Role We are seeking a Weekend Administration Assistant to join our team at Abbey House, located at 300 Range Road, Mittagong NSW 2575. Working hours are weekends from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Responsibilities Prioritise work and manage daily administrative tasks. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with residents, families and staff. Organise documentation, schedules and support the nursing team. Assist with payroll and rostering as required. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel). Attention to detail, highly organised and able to work independently. Experience with payroll and rostering is desirable.
