What You Will Be Doing As a Pathology Collector (Phlebotomist) you will collect blood and nonblood samples, coordinate specimen transport, maintain meticulous records and provide excellent customer service. Your Key Responsibilities Collect samples (blood and nonblood) with care and attention Keep meticulous records for every patient and sample Deliver documentation within strict turnaround times Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing Liaise with customers, clinic staff and couriers What Type of Person Will Be Successful You could be an experienced Pathology Collector, a Cert III holder, a registered nurse, or someone with a healthcare background and a customerservice focus. We provide paid training and mentoring for those with the right attitude and interest.
