Starting life as Australias most remote brewery at our spiritual home in Broome WA, Matsos is now enjoyed at pubs, bars and backyards right across the country. In late December 2023 we launched Matso''s on the other side of the country in Eumundi on the beautiful and laid back Sunshine Coast. Inspired by our original, our second home taps into the heritage of an old Queensland pub with a newly renovated building in the back, bringing a large indoor and outdoor made for the family or for a late arvo Ginger Beer on ice. Job Description Work closely with the head chef and other senior chefs to prep and execute a menu that includes an elevated casual dining experience with pizza, tacos and a large share section including local produce that would fit our port side home.The annualised salary for this position ranges from$76,515 - $80,000. Ability to run a section. Creative flairand excellentpresentation skills. Work closely with team members across this team. Assist senior chefs in organisation of sections. Ensuring food are prepared up to standard. Cook and plate food to a standard.
