About the Role: As a Contract Administrator, you will oversee contract management, ensure compliance, and coordinate project documentation to support our construction projects from start to finish. Key Duties: Draft, review, and oversee construction contracts and subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with Australian laws, regulations, and project specifications. Identify potential contractual risks on construction projects and implement strategies to mitigate them, protecting the company''s legal and financial interests. Maintain a detailed contract register, track key dates such as renewals and milestones, and ensure all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible. Monitor contract performance throughout the project lifecycle, track deadlines, and address any disputes or issues promptly to ensure smooth project delivery. Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contract matters, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication. Requirements: At least 5 years of work experience as a Contract Administrator. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
