Salary: 39,152 - 40,777 per annum. Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week; Hybrid working with a minimum of one day per week in the office. Responsibilities Provide handson support to the Housing Leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of housing governance arrangements and core processes. Key advisor to senior officers, fostering a culture of trust and resilience, and keeping the organisation ready for future challenges. Develop, write and review documents; work with colleagues to meet key deadlines. Maintain compliance documents and housing records, ensuring they are kept up to date. Qualifications Minimum of A level education; housing qualification or experience is advantageous. Knowledge and understanding of housing, related issues and national housing policy. Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels, including external organisations. Working Arrangements Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
