Overview Fairfield City Council, one of the largest multicultural local government areas in Australia, is seeking to appoint two Center Directors for its Best Start Education & Care services. The role offers a dynamic environment and a salary range of $104,720 $115,592 per annum plus superannuation. Responsibilities Operate the service''s daily operations as the nominated Supervisor. Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team of educators. Guide the team''s planning, critical reflection and pedagogical practice. Demonstrate financial management, judgment and problemsolving skills. Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, EYLF, CPG, and inclusive practice standards. Qualifications Recognised university qualification in Early Childhood Education, approved by ACECQA. NESA registration as an accredited early childhood teacher. Meeting all prescribed requirements of a Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services National Regulations. Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
