A unique opportunity has become available at our brandnew Emali Campbelltown centre following our previous Directors relocation overseas. This is a rare chance for a passionate and highly capable leader to step into a stateoftheart environment and shape the culture, practices, and success of a centre from the ground up. The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Director to guide our Campbelltown team during its foundational chapter and beyond. This role is ideal for a handson leader who is present, engaged, and committed to building a strong, positive team culture where educators feel supported, valued, and empowered. You will lead with clarity, compassion, and directionmentoring emerging leaders, strengthening quality practices, and building meaningful relationships with families and the community. About You You are an experienced professional who brings both knowledge and heart to your leadership. You have: A current Working with Children Check A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised) Experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director A handson leadership style; you lead by example and stay connected with your team Strong capability in mentoring and developing educators A thorough understanding of the NQS, EYLF, and the Assessment & Rating process Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with children, families, and staff Strong organisational and administrative skills A passion for elevating quality practices and creating inspiring learning environments A commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative, growthdriven workplace culture Most importantly, youre a people leader; you know how to connect, influence, guide, and empower others to do their best work.
