About the Role Night Auditors serve a critical role by providing direct guest support throughout the hospitality experience by accurately processing and tracking transactions and other reportable items. Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering aboveaverage resolutions to guests challenges. This role will be consistently 4 days a week Thursday Sunday, with the occasional additional shift to cover annual leave. Responsibilities Preparing guest welcome packets and VIP reports Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate. Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner Complete the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash. Audit Food & Beverage cashiers work and correct discrepancies. Run daily Flash Reports and distribute accordingly. Qualifications Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities Must be able to work Thursday Sunday Similar role experience highly regarded Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
