MC & MJ Investments Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Full-time Cook to join our team in Belmont VIC 3216. Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 Key Duties & Responsibilities Inspect and assess food items to maintain quality standards. Monitor and adjust temperatures of ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment. Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of dishes. Season dishes appropriately throughout the cooking process. Portion and plate meals with appropriate garnishes, sauces, and accompaniments. Store food safely in temperature-controlled environments. Prepare meals to accommodate special dietary needs. Assist with menu planning and estimating food and ingredient requirements. Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff and apprentices when required. Skills and Qualifications AQF associate degree, Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma certification in relevant Hospitality qualification. Prior Experience as a Cook. Strong Knowledge of Cooking Methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment Ability to work Full Time Flexible to work on a rotating roster.
