The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate Casual Functions & Events Supervisor to join their growing team. Delivering quality service and exceptional client experiences at some of Sydneys most stunning venues and exclusive events including the Art Gallery of NSW and the Walsh Bay Precinct.As a supervisor, you will support the Events Service Team with the daily running of functions & events.The RoleReceive briefings from the Venue and Event Managers prior to the eventDeliver exceptional client & guests experiences across a range of functions and events including cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinnersOversee service-related aspects of an event from set up, through to service and pack downLead a team of experienced waiters and bartendersSupport and work closely with the service management teamMust be available between Tuesday Friday, with Thursdays a mustHours fluctuate weekly based on event schedules1030 hours per week; minimum availability of 3 days/evenings per weekAbout YouMinimum 1-year experience in hospitality in a team leader/supervisor capacityStrong communication skills and a can-do attitudeExcellent attention to detailValid NSW RSAValid working rights in AustraliaA passion for executing amazing events!To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
