As a Site Engineer you will further gain industry relevant experience, with on-the job skill development and coaching offered throughout. Your day to day responsibilities will include:Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies/procedures;Daily interface with client including attending and contributing to meetings;Cost control, monitoring productivities and forecasting costs to complete;Assist with financials including monthly reviews, progress claims, cost valuations, budgets and forecasting;Ensure quality procedures are followed and support team members to follow processes;Develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.How you''ll connect to the role:You have a Bachelor''s in civil engineering and experience in project delivery across mid to large scale civil projects, with experience in pavements and road works. Your ability to communicate across all levels of the business (crew to client) and basic knowledge and experience with financials, forecasting, procurement and contracts administration functions will set you up well. You will have the ability to think on the spot, have an eye for detail and rise to the challenge of consistently meeting high quality standards.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
