We are on the hunt for an experienced, highly organized and motivated Store Manager at our new Wild Rhino Liverpool Fashion Spree location. The Store Manager must be competent in managing the daily requirements of a retail store, working with KPIs & effectively managing a team. The new candidate will also need to demonstrate a passion for providing excellent service and be somebody who genuinely loves shoes! The minimum skills and experience required for this role are as follows: Have previous experience within retail, preferably in fashion or footwear; Is flexible to work both weekdays and weekend; Having experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential; Previous experience managing staff and rosters; Experience in coaching, developing and motivating a team; Has a strong focus customer service; and Highly motivated and can demonstrate initiative.
