You will oversee the coordination of business operations across these portfolios, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with Salvation Army policies and procedures.This is a permanent fulltime role based in Darwin City, NT, with some travel required across multiple locations in the Darwin region.How You Will Make An ImpactDeliver efficient office administration and professional communication to support NT Family Violence Services.Manage finance records, site registers, and compliance processes.Coordinate HR, contracts, IT, property, and program expenses.Support portfolio reporting, audits, and program submissions.Provide line management to business operational support staff.Contribute to service development initiatives through research, reporting, and project support.What You Will BringRelevant business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired).Proficiency in IT systems and software, including the MS Office suite.Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Exposure to the Family Violence, NFP, or community services sector will be highly regarded.A current NT Drivers Licence.About UsThe Salvation Army is a Christian movement dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus by caring for people, building healthy communities, creating faith pathways, and working for justice.
