Registered Nurse Community Palliative Care Permanent fulltime and parttime (6 days per fortnight) roles based in Mona Vale, with HammondCare, a NSW Healthaffiliated organisation. About the Role Provide evidencebased nursing care and advice to patients with palliative care needs. Work within a highly dedicated Community Palliative Care team, support multidisciplinary practice, and participate in learning and development activities.
