General Service Assistant Housekeeping Location: North Adelaide, SA, Australia, 5006 Employment type: Casual (shift-based over a 7day period with scope to become permanent). Also available PartTime with an early start of 4:30am. Closing date: May12026 About the Role Calvary North Adelaide Hospital is looking to employ General Service Assistants Housekeeping to join our friendly and supportive team. A strong work ethic, positive attitude and a desire to provide high standards of customer satisfaction are essential. Onthejob orientation and training will be provided. The role involves significant initial and ongoing mandatory training requirements both online and facetoface. Responsibilities Provide a high standard of cleaning services within the hospital. Perform infectious cleaning and theatre cleaning. Support critical operations that aid the daytoday running of a metropolitan hospital. Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures. Work flexibly across a 7day rotating roster, doing both AM and PM shifts. Qualifications Authority to work in Australia. Working with Children check. Experience in aged care or hospital environment (desirable). Excellent timemanagement skills. Commitment to service excellence. Strong communication and customer skills. Attention to detail. Work well independently and within a team. Flexible to work in a 7day roster including weekends. Available for starts at 4:30am if required.
