Our Boddington Bauxite Mine is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour). Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches, and worldfamous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night.Candidates should ideally live within an hours drive of Boddington as there is no accommodation on site.As the Supervisor Drill & Blast you will be responsible for providing frontline leadership that ensures safe, compliant and efficient drill and blast execution while supporting crew performance and consistent production outcomes.Key Deliverables for the RoleCoordinating daily D&B activities to meet operational schedules.Monitoring quality, compliance and field standards across all tasks.Partnering with technical, production & maintenance teams to optimise outcomes.Driving continuous improvement and contributing to incident reviews.ABOUT YOULeading inclusive teams with care, clarity and confidence.Making sound decisions under pressure while balancing competing priorities.Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders and crews.Encouraging collaboration, growth and a psychologically safe workplace.Qualifications for this Position are:Current WA C class drivers license.Schedule26 Statutory Supervisor appointment.Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC).DesirableShotfirers Licence.First Aid Certificate.South32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
