Base pay range A$140, / yr - A$160, / yr Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our high performing Finance team based at our head office in Coopers Plains, Brisbane. This role will be ideal for a Finance professional who can partner with Operational teams and determine key drivers of financial performance. The role will be handson and detailfocused. Responsibilities Management accounting activities associated with month end processes Financial analysis of all balance sheet inputs Challenge the accuracy, integrity, and quality of assets, liabilities, and P&L data Produce cash flow forecasting information Provide Accounts Payable support and act as an escalation point for AP queries Guide, mentor and manage a small team with a focus on consistent communication and support Become the trusted advisor and spokesperson for all things Finance in the Queensland business Qualifications Proven experience with leadership, development and management of people while maintaining a handson approach Demonstrated financial business partnering experience from an operational environment Able to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences both verbally and in writing Solid understanding and knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Modelling and Financial Analysis CA or CPA qualified; postgraduate study in accounting, business, or commerce preferred Experience with Kynection, Power BI and MYOB Advanced systems (highly desirable but not essential) What is in it for you?
