Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service. Motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, highperforming team. Operate in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. Commit to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment. Qualifications Retail management or leadership experience. Leadership skills with ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team. Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail. Operational knowhow in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. Commitment to safety and WHS compliance. Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must.
