Supporting millions of citizens, the organization is central to the nation''s mission to become a world leader in digital public services.Key Responsibilities:SAP System Implementation and Upgrades: Lead the implementation and upgrade of SAP systems according to client specifications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues within the SAP Basis environment.System Monitoring and Performance Optimisation: Monitor SAP systems to ensure peak performance, implement performance tuning, and conduct regular system health checks.Security Management: Implement and manage SAP security settings and user administration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.Backup and Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive data backup and recovery procedures, testing them regularly to ensure they meet the required service levels.Project Leadership and Mentoring: Lead smaller SAP Basis projects, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Maintain up-to-date documentation of all SAP systems, processes, and configurations. Conduct effective knowledge transfer to end-users and other IT teams.Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, understanding their needs and translating these into technical requirements. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.Mandatory Requirements:Must have an active AGSVA Baseline Clearance, preferred to have AGSVA NV1 Clearance or be eligible to obtain one.Must be an Australian CitizenMandatory to be on site 5 days a week.Talented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organisation.
