Want to be part of a company that values a positive safety culture and invests in its people?Perkins Buildersis looking for a dedicated and proactiveHSE Officer to join our Perth Metro team and play a key role in ensuring our construction sites meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.Reporting to the HSE Advisor, as aHSE Officer, youll work alongside our project teams to promote and maintain a safe working environment across our sites. Youll support site compliance, conduct inspections, deliver inductions, and assist in building a strong safety culture within Perkins and our subcontractor network.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections and advise on HSE complianceSupport the project team and subcontractors to close out corrective actionsCoordinate and deliver site inductions and assist with employee HSE trainingReview and assist with SWMS, JHAs, and hazard managementParticipate in incident reporting and investigationsManage site safety equipment, signage, and first aid resourcesDrive continuous improvement of HSE systems and documentationAssist with WorkSafe inspections, audits, and regulatory complianceSupport the integration of HSE software (Hammertech) and documentation managementPromote and measure a positive safety culture across all project sitesIf youre a proactiveHSE Officerready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
