The Role Provides specialist and technical advice to the Departments Executive, external stakeholders and general public regarding tenure matters under the Mining Act 1978 and other relevant legislation. Represents department at interdepartmental meetings regarding tenure and State Agreement matters. Builds and maintains effective relationships with industry organisations, companies and other government agencies. Responds to requests for complex regulatory and technical information.
