We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services team at Northeast Health Wangaratta. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in cleaning, waste, and linen services across the organisation and its annexes. You will oversee the timely delivery of services, monitor workflows, and ensure teams remain on track to meet service expectations. A focus on safety, quality, and compliance with the Victorian Cleaning Standards for Public Hospitals is essential. As Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, provide handson support when required, coordinate staff replacements during unplanned absences, and ensure all team members are adequately trained. You will facilitate daily team meetings, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and maintain all relevant documentation. Your leadership will support a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across all departments. This position also includes the opportunity to step into the Environmental Services Manager role during periods of leave and may involve undertaking cleaning duties as needed, including final cleans and floor maintenance.
