About the Role As the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the stores daily operations, leading a large and passionate team of around 60 staff. Youll ensure the highest standards of customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance, while creating a positive, people-first culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee all store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and P&L control. Lead, train, and inspire a large team to deliver exceptional service and operational standards. Maintain compliance with workplace, food safety, and health & safety regulations. Build and nurture strong relationships within the local community. Drive store initiatives that align with the companys values and community focus. About You Proven experience in retail management, ideally within supermarkets or FMCG environments. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a handson and supportive management style. Excellent planning, organisational, and problemsolving abilities. Sound financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and interpreting P&L statements. A genuine passion for people, service, and community engagement. Full Australian working rights (unfortunately, this position does not support visa sponsorship).
