Plus, theres equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as Manager, Disruption Management, where you will directly support nbns crisis and/or emergency response to major disruptive events.A bit about your roleThe Manager, Disruption Management, is part of the team that helps nbn respond to disruptive events, specifically focusing on enhancing the organisations crisis & emergency response capabilities. The role involves designing and delivering training, testing, exercises, and debriefs to prepare senior leadership and business units for major disruptions, while also coordinating real-time crisis & emergency responses.The role includes on-call responsibilities to support crisis & emergency response efforts.A bit about youThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing responses to strategic and operational disruptive events, preferably within a critical infrastructure environment. They should possess experience in managing real-world crises and emergencies. Experience in training and exercising senior leadership teams (SLTs) in responding to disruptive events is essential.The role requires a strong understanding of response team attributes such as situational awareness, critical thinking, stakeholder management, decision-making and time & task management.
