The Opportunity We now seek an exceptional leader to serve as Director, Client and Learner Solutions (C&LS) a pivotal role shaping the design system, learning architecture, and solution quality across our Executive Education portfolio. This role provides a rare opportunity to influence the learning experiences of senior leaders and organisations across Australia and the AsiaPacific region, while guiding a team of Principal Consultants and enabling specialists to deliver worldclass, scalable learning solutions. About the Role The Director of C&LS is the Schools senior authority on learning design, pedagogy, solution architecture, and product innovation within Executive Education. The role leads the development of shared methodologies, quality standards, reusable assets, and operating rhythms that underpin our client and learner solutions system. Working closely with colleagues across Business Development, Client & Learner Experience, Resourcing, and Academic teams, the Director ensures coherence, quality, and innovation across all portfolios. As a member of the Executive Education Leadership Team, the Director contributes to divisional strategy, commercial performance, and organisational capability uplifthelping position MBS as a market leader in enterprise learning and capability development. Key Responsibilities Lead and steward C&LS methodologies, learning design standards, and solution architecture. Oversee portfolio architecture and ensure crossportfolio alignment, consistency, and quality. Drive innovation in scalable learning products, assets, digital experiences, and evaluation frameworks. Lead and develop Principal Consultants and enabling teams to build capability, quality, and collaboration. Partner with BD, C&LE, Resourcing, and Academic leaders to ensure coherent, highquality client solutions. Contribute to Executive Education strategy and divisional KPIs through excellence in solution design. About You You are a strategic, systemslevel thinker with deep expertise in learning design, organisational development, or consulting. You bring proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and designing complex, enterpriselevel learning solutions. You excel at influencing senior stakeholders, stewarding methodologies, and translating market or client needs into highimpact, commercially sustainable learning products.
