Assistant Store Manager Dan Murphy''s Kippa-Ring As one of our Assistant Store Manager (Fulfilment Manager), youll play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Were looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control. This role provides critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to kickstart a career adventure with Dan Murphys. Responsibilities Help build a culture centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement. Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team members to inspire continuous improvement. Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be selfsufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels. Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth. Create an environment that enables the team to come as they are, because diversity is the magic that makes good culture. Qualifications Results driven with the customer experience at the front of mind. Understand the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth and proactively share your knowledge with others. Authentic, analytical and attentive. Understand people and use a passionate and inspiring approach to coach and motivate the team. Use planning and organisational skills to keep the team on track and achieve great outcomes.
