Activ Pathways (a genU company) is looking for a bright, organised and people-focused Training Coordinator to join our Bentley office. In this role, youll coordinate the delivery of high-quality accredited training programs across WA, supporting jobseekers, existing workers and school students to ensure every program runs smoothly from planning to completion. What youll do: Coordinate nationally recognised qualifications and skill sets, from enrolment through to completion Organise trainers, venues, resources and everything needed for smooth delivery Build strong communication and relationships with students, trainers, schools and partners Keep compliance on track and contribute to continuous improvement Assist in identifying opportunities to grow our training presence across WA What youll bring: A positive attitude, peoplefirst approach, and strong communication and interpersonal skills Highlevel problemsolving, organisation and timemanagement skills Ability to thrive in a busy, varied role while managing multiple priorities Strong administration skills and confidence with computer systems Knowledge or experience within an RTO environment Experience coordinating nationally recognised training or other adult education Understanding of units of competency, accredited training/assessment, and regulatory frameworks TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
