You will be working with a diverse mix of clients, from first-home buyers, families, empty nesters, through to seasoned investors, helping them navigate the market with confidence and clarity. The position requires regular Melbourne-based travel for property inspections. You will work closely with our Founders and Partner Level buyers agent, taking a collaborative approach to every brief to ensure we deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Engage with clients to understand their property goals and develop tailored buying strategies.Search for, assess, and source on-market and off-market opportunities that align with client briefs.Conduct thorough market and property analysis, prepare due diligence reports, and provide strategic advice.Attend inspections, private viewings, and final inspections as required.Capture and deliver property walk-through videos for clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with local selling agents.Stay across market trends, zoning changes, and suburb insights.Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, brief progress, and client activity.WE''RE LOOKING FOR:Minimum 2 years experience in real estate, property buying or property investment.Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships.High attention to detail, time management, and a solutions-focused mindset.Someone with initiative who is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, CRM platforms, property portals).A reliable vehicle and a current drivers license.Weekend availability for inspections (as needed).Passion for helping people make smart, informed property decisions.WHY JOIN FOUNDIT?Supportive, people-first culture We genuinely care about our team and our clients.Boutique and growing Be part of a business thats building something meaningful and personal.Growth opportunities Learn alongside experienced agents, with potential to expand your role over time.Work that matters Help everyday Australians feel empowered, not overwhelmed, when buying property.HOW TO APPLY:If youre passionate about real estate and love the idea of helping clients find the one, apply now.
