This role will be responsible for the operational management of various maintenance activities ensuring Zero Harm, cost and quality delivery meet contract specifications. What you''ll bring Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects, including resource planning and project scheduling Solid understanding of tender preparation and negotiation processes Strong grasp of Project Management fundamentals Ability to manage, supervise, and schedule activities of Project Engineers, Supervisors, labour workforce, subcontractors, and onsite admin staff Commitment to Zero Harm work practices Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively Advanced computer proficiency, especially in MS Project and Excel Downer is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
