As Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in bridging Finance and Operations, supporting technical and backoffice functions, and ensuring financial planning aligns with enterprise strategies. What You Will Be Doing Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to technical and backoffice leadership teams, supporting strategic initiatives, project investments, and operational efficiencies. Financial Forecasting & Budgeting Own and manage financial planning cycles (annual budgets, longterm plans, rolling forecasts) for assigned cost centers. KPI Development & Monitoring Define, track, and report key financial and operational performance indicators. Performance Analysis & Reporting Prepare detailed monthly management reports and conduct variance analysis to communicate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Financial Modelling & Business Case Support Build and maintain robust financial models for new product launches, strategic investments, and business cases, including scenario planning and ROI assessments. Cost Control & Efficiency Identify cost drivers, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement costsaving initiatives. CrossFunctional Collaboration Build strong relationships across technical and support functions to ensure integrated financial planning. Job Qualifications What You Will Bring Essential CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification. 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Analyst roles (preferably in tech or highgrowth environments). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Demonstrated initiative and proactive problemsolving. Advanced data analysis and reconciliation skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify trends quickly. Preferred Experience managing complex financial projects in a highgrowth or tech environment. Familiarity with ERP and data analysis tools (e.g., TM1). Why Join Cotality?
