We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join our team at Shepparton store and take charge! In this pivotal role, youll drive sales, lead and develop a highperforming team aligned to our core values, and create a memorable customer experience. You bring energy, resilience, and a handson approach to everything you do and you are ready to take the next step into retail leadership. 5+ years of retail management experience Drive and passion for delivering a secondtonone customer experience A reputation for a collaborative and approachable style and a proven ability to deliver results Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams Ability to manage budgets, drive KPIs, ensure compliance, interpret and create reporting, and generate efficient, compliant rosters Honesty, integrity, and open communication A strong work ethic, commitment to adding value, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done As we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying, and moving items of varying sizes.
