Project Director - Maroochydore City Centre Shape the future of one of Australias most significant urban transformation projects. Sunshine Coast Council is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the delivery of the Maroochydore City Centre, a masterplanned CBD that will redefine livability, sustainability and economic growth for generations. About the Role As Project Director, you will drive the strategic vision and manage the development agreement for delivery of the Maroochydore City Centre Priority Development Area (MCC PDA), a multibilliondollar precinct featuring residential, commercial, retail and entertainment spaces alongside critical infrastructure and public realm enhancements.
