Corporate Waiter Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer We are seeking a Corporate Waiter to join our Office Operations team in Brisbane. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday Friday, 38 hours per week. Job Responsibilities Liaising with the Front of House Supervisor, Client Services Coordinator and Head Chef regarding food and beverage requirements for meetings and functions. Providing waiter services for any meetings, functions and events being conducted on premises. Monitoring functions and services in meeting room booking system, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of services in compliance with standards and procedures. Ensuring meeting rooms are cleared, cleaned and restocked promptly at meeting and event conclusion, in compliance with standards and procedures. Supporting client and internal staff use of technology and video connectivity facilities in the meeting and multi-purpose rooms. Assisting with stock management. Providing support and backfill for the Caf when required, including operation of POS system. Assisting with occasional kitchen duties and/or supporting after hours events as required. Complying with WHS obligations and responsibilities in accordance with the requirements for this role as set out in legislation and the firms policies and procedures. What you bring High level customer service experience in professional services boardrooms, restaurant or fivestar hotel. Current RSA certification. A commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, room scheduling software and POS systems.
