ITSM Release Manager Leidos Australia Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Leidos Australia delivers IT and airborne solutions that protect and advance the Australian way of life. We are looking for an energetic, driven and detailoriented ITSM Release Manager to join a growing Service Management account. Key Responsibilities Schedule and deploy approved changes, including afterhours support when required, and manage technical and nontechnical resources according to predefined release plans. Administer release and change records in ServiceNow, enforce adherence to processes, and ensure compliance throughout the change and release lifecycle. Engage testing resources, validate deployment outcomes, and identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with releases. Collaborate with Service Management teams (Change, Incident, Problem), liaise with internal and external vendors, and participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB). Provide proactive updates to senior stakeholders and leadership, maintain release schedules, and prepare postimplementation handover documentation. Qualifications Previous experience in a Release role or similar, with exposure to Change and/or Release Management highly desirable. Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing platform and ITIL V3/V4 Foundations or higher; experience within a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) structure is highly regarded. Strong team player who can work independently while contributing positively to team culture and representing the Leidos brand. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and provide afterhours/oncall support when required. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additional Requirements Applicants must be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance.
