Were looking for a People Partner to support our North Queensland operations. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where youll work closely with leaders and teams to deliver practical HR solutions that make a real impact. About the Role As a People Partner, youll be the go-to advisor for managers and employees, helping them navigate everything from performance management and employee engagement to workforce planning and compliance. Youll bring our People Strategy to life by building strong connections, providing trusted advice, and driving initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance culture. This role is fast-paced and variedno two days are the same. Youll juggle multiple priorities, work within established guidelines, and ensure details are handled quickly and accurately. Most importantly, youll do it all with a genuine focus on people. What Youll Do Partner with leaders to deliver HR advice and solutions aligned with business goals. Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, engagement, and exit. Influence, support and educate leaders with regards to systems, processes and procedures ensuring ''fit for purpose Coach and guide managers on employee relations, compliance, and best practice. Drive initiatives that improve employee experience and retention. Collaborate with recruitment and L&D teams to meet staffing and development needs. Ensure adherence to HR processes, policies, and legislative requirements. What Were Looking For Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a HR Advisor or similar function Exposure to Transport Industry highly regarded A natural relationship builder with strong communication and influencing skills. Someone who thrives in a socially focused, fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong HR/ER knowledge and experience Tertiary qualification in Human Resources would be advantageous but not required A persuasive, coaching styleable to educate and motivate others. High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in people and business needs. Ability to Travel for work to your Regions Depots. Why Join Us?
