We''re seeking an experienced and handson Warehouse Manager to lead our busy warehouse operations in Wacol. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a highperforming team and help drive efficiency, safety, and great results in a fastpaced environment. Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Hourly Rate : $34 $36 per hour Location : Wacol, QLD What Youll Be Doing Overseeing all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily targets Ensuring compliance with WHS and company safety procedures Managing stock levels, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy Coordinating with transport and logistics partners to meet delivery schedules Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems Excellent communication, organisational, and problemsolving skills Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture Current drivers licence and reliable transport Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential) Why Youll Love This Role Monday to Friday no weekend work Supportive management and great team environment Secure, fulltime position with opportunities for growth Ready to Apply?
