In this role, you will Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction of a highly engaged team. Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying crosssale opportunities. Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners; ensuring that your team understands the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy. Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out by NAB remain in place across the branch. Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division. What youll bring Track record of experience in management, with the ability to inspire and influence others. A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile. Ability to work collaboratively as a team, and resilience, selfmotivation and energy to create our signature customer experience.
