HC Electrical & Air Conditioning PTY LTD Kingston TAS HC Electrical & Air Conditioning is growing, and were seeking a capable Leading Hand/Project Manager Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled A-Grade electrician who can lead onsite teams, run multiple jobs, and coordinate projects from start to finish. We deliver residential new builds, large-scale developments, commercial fit-outs, solar and battery installations, air conditioning, and ongoing maintenance - backed by strong builder relationships and a consistent project pipeline across Southern Tasmania. About This Role This position blends leadership, technical expertise, and project coordination. Youll take ownership of planning, supervising, and delivering a wide range of projects, including: Single dwelling electrical installs Multi-unit developments and large residential projects Home renovations and upgrade works Small commercial fit-outs and refurbishments Solar & Battery installations Air Conditioning Installations Responsibilities Leading and supporting electricians and apprentices Coordinating material orders, scheduling, and job sequencing Managing timelines, variations, documentation and site records Communicating clearly with builders, clients and the office team Ensuring compliance with AS/NZS 3000 & WorkSafe standards Quality control across all stages of works Solving onsite issues and providing technical direction This is a full-time permanent role with long-term stability and room to grow as we continue to scale.
