Role As IT Systems Manager, you will lead the implementation and support the operation of ITrelated capabilities for our Darwinbased marine infrastructure and services operations, spanning the application portfolio and the infrastructure platform. The application capabilities include asset, facility, services, CRM, contracts and compliance management as well as general ERP capabilities. The infrastructure capabilities include hosting, networking, device and sensor controls, access and security management. In collaboration with the business leaders and the Paspaley IT team, you will coordinate the activities of specifying, configuring, deploying and operating the capabilities. What Youll Do Coordinate IT solution design, planning, and implementation roadmap with contractors and stakeholders. Support the setup of core infrastructure including network, servers, and secure WiFi across all facilities. Lead the deployment of business applications ERP, CRM, asset, and compliance management systems. Oversee sitewide technology fitout including hardware installation (network gear, workstations, CCTV, VoIP). Ensure cybersecurity readiness through implementation of baseline security controls and access management. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives such as workflow digitisation and analytics dashboards. Manage IT vendors and procurement for hardware, software, and telecommunications services. Provide technical support and maintain system documentation to ensure a smooth transition to steadystate operations. What Were Looking For 10+ years of experience in IT application and infrastructure management. Familiarity with solutions across enterprise asset management, facility management, services management and ERP (e.g. Dynamics365). Familiarity with marine engineering operations preferable. Handson experience with project/task management and IT service management tools including JIRA, MSProject or similar. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage cloudrelated projects independently. Bachelors degree in IT, engineering, science, management or a related field. Qualified in cloud infrastructure and networking (including Azure, FortiNet). Experienced in project management and IT operations frameworks such as PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, ITIL, TQM or ISO9000:2000, Six Sigma.
