About the Role As the People and Safety Manager you will be responsible for leading and integrating the Human Resources and Volunteer teams to deliver best practice WHS, instrument and legislative compliance, people and volunteer management. This includes supporting the organisations people strategy, ensuring compliance with industrial instruments (EBAs, Awards, Fair Work Act), and fostering a positive and safe workplace and culture aligned to the organisations mission and values.
