Join the MultiSkills team today on a salary of $110k pa + Super + $5k sign on bonus (if fully qualified). Note that this role requires a high degree of mobility as training may at times have to be delivered off-campus. MultiSkills Training is a leading registered training organisation (RTO), providing Civil Construction courses and WorkSafe HighRisk Work licences to employees and job seekers in Victoria. In addition, MultiSkills delivers a broad range of employerspecific, Verification of Competency (VOC) and bespoke training to our industrybased clients. With some of the highest completion rates in the industry and a brand known for highquality training, MultiSkills operates across two campuses Werribee & Moolap. We have a great culture and are looking for experienced and professional Construction Earthmoving Trainers and Assessors to join our team. We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Civil Construction & Earthmoving specialist, who can teach and assess the following topics: Excavator Front End Loader Backhoe Loader Skid Steer Loader Roller Safety & Risk Plans, Measurements & Calculations Groundworks & Drainage Dump Trucks (desirable) Dozer (desirable) Grader (desirable) Scrapers (desirable) Crushers & Screeners (desirable) The Role The position is fulltime (across both Werribee & Moolap campuses), however we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you. We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:30am to 4:00pm MondayFriday. Weekend work may also be available. About You We are looking for professional educators with fantastic people skills, a proven civil construction & earthmoving background, with a passion for sharing learnings with others. You may be a great fit if you have the following: A cando attitude and an upbeat personality Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problemsolving and organisational skills Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor and hold current industry skills We know that Trainers and Assessors do not grow on trees. If you are currently working towards your TAE401122 Certificate IV Training & Assessment, you could be working as a trainer, under the supervision of one of our qualified team members. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities) Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations Supervise students behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation Travel may be required to deliver training offsite Perform other general duties as required Essential criteria Demonstrated Earthmoving experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check You will need to be an Australian Resident Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence Competitive pay ($110k + Super) with a $5k signon bonus (if fully qualified) Caring and collaborative work environment Access to digital tools and other supportive resources to ensure a positive teaching experience Professional development opportunities Salary sacrificing #J-18808-Ljbffr
