Your Opportunity WA State Manager Were seeking a handson leader to oversee regional operations, drive performance, and build highperforming teams. Youll optimise productivity, coach and motivate staff, and focus on talent development and customer experience. This is a fastpaced, multisite role for someone who thrives on results and team success. Key Responsibilities Inspiring Leadership: Conduct impactful store visits, evaluate performance, motivate Regional Managers. Clear Communication: Keep the team aligned with daily morning calls, action plans, and oneonone coaching sessions. Efficient Operations: Maximise productivity with strategic rostering and costsaving initiatives. Loss Prevention: Lead security excellence by implementing Lovisas best practices for shrinkage reduction. State Oversight: Manage all stores within your State, ensuring they meet Lovisas high standards and achieve growth targets. What Youll Bring to Lovisa Were looking for an inspiring leader whos as passionate about fashion and customer service as we are. To thrive in this role, youll need: At least three years of management experience in retail or customer/salesfocused industries. Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fastpaced, highvolume environment. A strong understanding of Customer Experience and a commitment to continual improvement. Flexibility and a readiness to travel interstate and internationally as required. Availability MondayFriday. Skills for Success Multisite management experience within fashion retail. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, highvolume environment. Strong people management and performance development skills. Exceptional planning, organisational, and communication abilities.
